Whilst members will be well aware of what the law requires of them, it is possible that everyone is not as familiar with the rights of the individual purchaser under the law.  Even if members are fully familiar,  it is always good to review and make available what those rights are.  This will serve as a protection for both parties to a contract and could possibly prevent the expense and trauma of litigation.

Here we present a few links to information the seller needs to be aware of regarding the rights of the buyer.  Some of this is law, and some is a definition of the law and some is just good commonsense sound advice.

As we are able to extract or provide links to the relevant laws, links will be provided to those laws.  In the event of any dispute only the relevant laws will apply and in the absence of such law, the spirit of the law will prevail.
