	Exchange Company Issues (RCI, II, Others) Please comment about the: the non-performance of any of the exchange companies, or; how you are offered to “rent” a week (for much more money than for the “exchange fee”) when the “exchange” is not available, or; how your “home” resort and also the “exchange” resort standards have deteriorated, and yet the management fees have skyrocketed, or; how you believe the “trading power” of your “home” timeshare does not get you the desired “exchanges” to other resorts as promised, or; how the “annual membership cost” and “exchange fees” to the exchange companies have outpaced inflation by a wide margin, or; how timeshare is no longer a viable alternative to package holidays; and; any other related issues you feel relevant.	18	41	March 01, 2010, 07:19:01 PM in exchanges by parmenter
	Resort Developer and Management Company Issues Please comment about the misleading promises made at the “point of sale” such as: your timeshare ownership is easy to rent and/or re-sell, or; how the maintenance fees will only go up with inflation, or; how you were promised the resort will be maintained to the highest standards, or; how your “home resort” had a guaranteed “buy-back” program, or; how they refuse to transfer your membership, or; that you have to first upgrade to “Points” or “Weeks” to effect a transfer and usually with extortionate fees applied, or; how you can only sell to existing members and not to private individuals or they will continue to invoice you for management fees, or; any other related issues you feel relevant.	31	139	February 27, 2010, 09:13:48 PM in Re: M/FEES by SANDRA RICE

	Trustee Companies Issues Please comment how you feel when you learn: the conversion of your “Weeks” to “Points” was not fair or equitable, or; if you knew the conversion for the new “Weeks” ownership was at an alternative “resort” with inferior trading power, and, the “Weeks ownership was for much less maintenance cost, but that you are still paying the higher maintenance fees, and; although you paid thousands to upgrade, you are still not getting the exchanges that you expected, or; any other related issues.	0	0	N/A in N/A by N/A
