Welcome to the International Timeshare Resale Association, a self – regulatory trade body, set up to monitor and improve the level of service and commitment to timeshare owners, resale brokers and other organisations connected with the timeshare resale market. ITRA functions independently without interference or the influence of any external organisation seeking to protect their own vested interests.

ITRA not only operates as a Trade Body but also as a Public Consumer site, and welcomes input from the General Public and Members on any industry information, news or unscrupulous practice across the whole timeshare industry.

Membership to ITRA is open to professional Resale Companies, Resorts and third party industry suppliers. All members must abide by the ITRA Code of Practice and Ethics , and undergo intense vetting , before being admitted to ITRA membership.

It is the mission of the association to offer a complete range of services to both members and consumers alike, and over the past months we have introduced two new initiatives - A new Free Listing service for timeshare owners looking to advertise their ownership for sale, as well as a new Legal Claims site investigating and seeking restitution on behalf of timeshare owners, past and present who maintain that they have been fraudulently misrepresented by various organizations in respect of the purchase and use of their timeshare.



ITRA members include active resale agents and industry suppliers who provide a professional and dedicated service to consumers looking to buy or sell a resale timeshare.
If you represent a resale agent or industry supplier, then membership to ITRA could well be of benefit to your organisation. Membership provides a wide range of benefits including support, networking and mediation (see Why Join ITRA?). If you would like to apply for membership you must first make sure that your organisation operates in line with the ITRA Code of Conduct, and then complete the Membership Application form.
