Membership terms

All members of ITRA agree to abide by the legislation as provided by the law of the country, land or state in which they operate.

Members must comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes of practice imposed by statute, common law or equivalent and fulfil any relevant registration and or licensing requirements in all countries in which they conduct business, whether in person or through agents.

ITRA members are committed to the highest standards and ethics for the benefit of all those involved in the timeshare resale industry including the vendors and potential buyers of timeshare or related interests.

ITRA is a non profit orientated company.

All members will jointly form the committee to assure democratic and equal voting rights on all issues.

To maintain cost effectiveness overheads will be kept to a minimum by exclusive use of the website and email communication.

Member's ideas and observations can be submitted through a password protected forum link.

Consumer complaints will be submitted to the forum when necessary and all members will be invited to vote on recommended action.

The operational costs of ITRA will be equally shared by all members therefore the more members we have, will hopefully reduce the apportioned cost of future annual membership fees.

All operational costs will be audited and made available to all members.

ITRA will be a one stop link to industry information with links to all appropriate websites.

Members will receive an official membership certificate by mail  with confirmation and a copy by email together with a TIF file of the ITRA logo for use in their advertising and publicity
