Selling or buying Timeshare can be a daunting exercise for many people. With our experience, we trust that we can offer assistance covering all aspects of the process and certainly point you in the right direction. Timeshare Law, as with all Laws is complex and somewhat long-winded. We can only offer general guidance, however, and to further assist you, we offer links to other relevant sites, which can often be a fast track to find the information you require.
NOTE: It is not the intention of the Association neither to interpret the law nor to replace it with our own. In any dispute the relevant law will apply and we will only act as a forum to air that dispute and help arrive at an acceptable conclusion. Whether or not the aggrieved parties are ultimately liable in law will be a matter for the authorities in the states or countries in which they operate and they will be responsible for the administration of Justice in such cases.
